This data is collected solely to respond to your inquiry and to establish business contact.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • The Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018) - Art. 12(1)(1) (consent) and Art. 12(1)(6) (legitimate interest)
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest)

You give your consent voluntarily by submitting the contact form. The controller's legitimate interest lies in responding to business inquiries and communicating with potential clients.

4. Data Retention

Your personal data is kept for no longer than 12 months from the day your message is received, after which it is permanently deleted, unless a longer-term business relationship is established. If a business relationship is established, the data is kept in line with the statutory retention periods for business records (10 years).

5. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries where our processors are located (Google LLC - USA, Cloudflare Inc. - USA, Vercel Inc. - USA). The USA is not covered by an adequacy decision of the EU or the Republic of Serbia. The legal basis for such transfers is:

  • The Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, implemented in our contracts with these processors
  • Your explicit consent after being informed of the possible risks of the transfer

  • Right to withdraw consent - you can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
  • Right to lodge a complaint - you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection
